Maintenance
Once a month we will carry out an inspection of your unit and if any damage is noticed we will send you a photographic report. We will provide you with a quote and make the repairs through our maintenance team or an external supplier if necessary. All work is subject to the owner's authorization and any expenses will be added to your balance statement.
This feature comes in handy when your unit is participating in the rental pool as qualified personnel are always on site to attend to any needs from your rentals or guests. We guarantee quick and efficient attention to all inquiries, providing you with effective solutions.

We have an excellent cleaning crew. They have vast experience and training in cleaning standards and procedures to provide your unit with the best service possible. We provide two cleaning services through your monthly management fee, but we do recommend modifying it to once a week due to Puerto Vallarta's weather conditions.
The additional cleanings bear a cost per unit size. You can check our price catalog and schedules.
You and your guests can request additional services if they’re paid within the time frame.
Our cleaning crew are all hired with all required national laws for employees to ensure they receive proper wages and benefits.
Gardening
Our gardening service is included in your management fees, including watering once a week and pest monitoring. Any extra needs or treatment that your plants require will be informed to you with a cost estimate for your approval.
If your plants require specialized care they can be enrolled in our special care gardening program, which bears an increased cost. In this program, your plants will receive more personalized attention twice a week, pest control and aesthetic trimming.
